Dr. Dre From Rap Producer to Business man.

One of the hardest concepts America has with rappers and hip-hop, is its flamboyance and bragging income. How does a project kid or a ghetto thug turn out to be a prominent businessman? The answer is simple, opportunity. There is so much flack about the hip-hop culture and what they do with their money.  Do they give to charity? Some do and others do not but the same holds true for corporate America. Of course there is not enough news about the giving of an artist, unless it benefits a major cause.  However there have been instances where a rapper or hip-hop artist has given to individuals in the hood.  Kudo’s to Steve Stoute for being recognized for his “Tanning of America.”   His accomplishments are the perfect example of when opportunity presents itself.
