Indira Milini Khan known as I. Khan is an American singer, songwriter, and actress. The sultry young singer comes from a musical family; her mother is the legendary Pop/Soul icon Chaka Khan. From the ages of fourteen to seventeen, she was the founding member of the Motown Records group Pretty in Pink. I. Khan was responsible for co-writing the majority of the group’s material. After her stint with Pretty in Pink, she went on to record with various R&B recording artists; Miki Howard, Johnny Gill, and Shabba Ranks. I. Khan has also appeared in projects with artists Yvette Michelle, Paula Abdul and has also been featured on several Chaka Khan records as well. I. Khan has transitioned into a solo music career that kicked off with a great start musically. Having worked on collaborations with producer Kannon Caviar Cross, they have put in the work and pumped out hit singles consistently. Songs like I Cry At Night (feat.
