He began his quest to inspire and inform others who struggle with the same hardships and negative effects obesity had on him. Walter is a Fitness Coach at Active Plus; A Public Health start-up promoting healthy lifestyle choices through physical activity and education.

Gospel Duo Last Call

Last Call, a gospel duo from Bermuda, friends Adrian Jones and Tricray Astwood, believe their mandate is to take the gospel of Jesus Christ around the world and lead people into authentic praise and sincere worship.  Since their introduction into the gospel arena, Adrian and Tricray have been hard at work fulfilling their mandate. They released a CD titled Ten Thousand which featured some of my favorites like You Are Mine, Deep Wells, Holy Spirit and Straight From Heaven.  Three years later Tricray penned a song Victory, which featured on a gospel compilation project by Fred Jerkins of Darkchild Gospel.

Angelo and Veronica Petrucci the gospel husband and wife duo continue to bring you encouragement through songs. They are songwriters, a production team and ministers of the gospel of Jesus Christ. Their latest project titled The Same God is a new addition to an extensive catalog of songs reaching back to 1992.  Angelo and Veronica have contributed their talents to books, movies and events around the world.  Winners of several Dove awards, both received honorary doctorates and launched their non-denominational church online, Higher Place Church.  It is important for us to be reminded that we serve a God who never changes. Durty Flow is an accomplished hip-hop writer and artist.  He recently released his new EP project titled Mood Swings, featuring the single Manic Depressive now on digital outlets.  The EP takes you through emotional ebbs and flows associated with mood swings of an unbalanced mind.  Durty Flow’s single Manic Depressive brings awareness to this subject and a reminder of how important good healthcare, prescription copays and access to a private doctor are.  However, not everyone can afford good healthcare and surely not a private doctor.  During this time of COVID19,  I am super excited that Durty Flow decided to shed some light on this matter, with his new project Mood Swings. Manic Depressive is a diagnosis given to people who have mood swings.  When left untreated it can lead to bizarre behaviors.  The video Manic Depressive is graphic and to the point.  Durty Flow draws on his innate strengths and talents to depict this conflict.

Kat Tat is an incredible tattoo artist with a very impressive clientele. Kat attended the fine art of Super Bowl weekend with their 3rd annual Smocks and Jocks: Painting with the Pros. painting party with 18 active and former NFL players and local students in Atlanta, GA. Kat participated in Q&A with former NFL player Isaac Keys and tattoo artist Kevin Laroy. They discuss the Paint Your Path event which highlights the importance of finding purpose and pursuing your dreams with students from Booker T. Washington high school.  This is just another way of lending her talents to the community but there is more.
