CEO Tyrone “T-Money” Kelsie has developed his own promotion, management and marketing company, T450 Style & Launch.  He shares his music and media experiences and know-how with a variety of clients, from music and media to products and services. T450 Style & Launch is an extension of T-Money’s hard work, passion, and long-established career in music and press. T-Money is known for his appearances on Yo! MTV Raps which ran from 1988 to 1995.  In 2018 they celebrated a 30th anniversary show.  There is talk of a reboot.

Friendship Is A Choice

The Bible says A man that hath friends must show himself friendly: and there is a friend that sticketh closer than a brother.  In this wonderful film Our Friend, about love, life and friendship, humanity is found.  In our world of so much unrest, family is still the cornerstone for strength. On January 21st, I attended a Q&A hosted by Branden Harvey with Casey Affleck and Matthew Teague.  In the interview below are the questions he posed.  One of the questions asked; We’re living in a pandemic and many have experienced loss this year.  Why is Our Friend the type of film we should all watch? If I had to answer, surely I would have reflected on the necessary need for all of us to stay connected and to love each other. The times and days are evil, just watch the news.  Our Friend is a film about a caring man who puts his own life on hold to help out his friends, a couple facing a devastating crisis.  Like that old rap song said, Friends, how many of us have them? New Music By Terrae

Terrae singer-songwriter was introduced to music at an early age. Influenced by her mother, Jazz singer and songwriter Ishma Durah.  Reigning from Chicago Terrae veered away from Jazz and was bitten by disco and house music bug.  Going to clubs in the era of Ron Hardy, Frankie Knuckles, Ron Trent, Leroy Burgess, Tony Sundance Evans and Mike Kirby. House music became the sound she enjoyed most.  Presently under S. Walker, Choice Kutz Label, Terrae is reinventing herself and sound with talented producer Who Is Brian Tech and other well known track masters.  Terrae has returned from a small hiatus after morning the passing of her mom.  Producing songs like Take Me, Without U and Da Way I Feel.  You can find her music on streaming platforms such as Traxsource, SoundCloud and Bandcamp.

They are now signed and charting on billboard digital charts, with a new single Any Day Now.  We need a song like Any Day Now to remind ourselves that God will and can show up regarding this pandemic situation. Businessmen Paul Roberson, Ainsworth (Tony) Robinson and Ahmed (AJ) Jerome (photo L-R) have launched a Black-owned and operated franchise, in the Bedford-Stuyvesant community.  SoBol Bed-Stuy, is located at 531 Nostrand Avenue.  It is the first Acai (pronounced ah-sah-EE) Bowl Cafe in Brooklyn.  The trio has plans to open a second franchise location in another area of Brooklyn as well. Paul Roberson is one of the co-founders who sat with me to discuss this amazing success story, on how three black men have come together to create something special for Bed-Stuy.  I am confident that if you have any doubts about opening a business or launching a project during this nation’s pandemic, you must listen to the interview. While there are many stories yet told about many of our African-American legends, we are glad to add Malcolm X.  There is no other experience and transformation known to us like the one of Malcolm X.  His vision, passion and love for his community was epic.
